Congressman Joaquin Castro addresses harassment by ICE

In a letter dated April 15, 2015, Congressman Joaquin Castro addresses the harassment by ICE of a volunteer delivering water to refugee mothers and children imprisoned at the Karnes concentration camp just south of San Antonio, Texas.  Yasmina Codina, a graduate student and volunteer at one of the the highly controversial family prison camps in Texas, recently had her privacy invaded by ICE, who contacted her school and employer to question her background for volunteering at the camp.
